Terms of Service
1. General
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The terms that apply to your order are the terms available at the time of purchase.
2. Products
We try to show all products, sizes, colours and details as accurately as possible. However, small differences in colour, fit or details may occur due to lighting, screen settings or supplier differences.
Please check the size, name, number and product details carefully before placing an order.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are shown in euros (€), unless stated otherwise.
Orders must be paid before they are processed or shipped. For custom or personalised orders, prepayment is required.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not received, the product is unavailable, or there is an obvious pricing or product error.
4. Custom Orders
Custom orders include any product with a selected name, number, player print or other personalised detail.
Once a custom order has been confirmed and processed, it cannot be changed, cancelled, returned or refunded, unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect due to our mistake.
5. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are only estimates and may vary due to shipping delays, supplier delays, customs, holidays or other reasons outside our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Please make sure your name, phone number, email and delivery details are correct before placing an order.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Regular, non-custom items may be returned within 14 days after receiving the order, if they are unused and in the same condition as received.
Custom or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is caused by our mistake.
7. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and send clear photos of the issue.
If the mistake is on our side, we will offer a replacement, exchange or refund.
8. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for choosing the correct size, product, name, number and delivery details.
We are not responsible for mistakes made by the customer during ordering, including wrong size, wrong name, wrong number or incorrect delivery information.
9. In-Person Purchases
Items bought in person at markets, pop-up events or physical sale points are final sale, unless the item is faulty or the wrong product was provided.
Please check the product and size before purchasing in person.
10. Intellectual Property and Brand Disclaimer
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected to any football club, player, brand or organisation unless clearly stated.
All brand names, club names, logos and player names belong to their respective owners.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect losses, missed delivery deadlines, loss of profit or other damages caused by delays, customer mistakes or third-party shipping issues.
Nothing in these terms limits your legal consumer rights.
