Return & Refund Policy
We want every customer to be happy with their order. Please read our return policy before purchasing.
Regular items
Regular, non-custom items can be returned within 14 days after receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unworn and unused
- in the same condition as received
- with tags/packaging, if included
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Custom orders
Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded. This includes shirts with a custom name, number, player print, or any other personalised detail.
Custom orders are only refunded or replaced if the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent the wrong product.
Wrong size
Please check the size carefully before ordering. For custom orders, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if the wrong size was chosen by the customer.
For regular items, size exchanges may be possible if the item is unused and the requested size is available.
Damaged or wrong item
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and send clear photos of the issue.
If the mistake is on our side, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and check the returned item. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is caused by our mistake.
Final sale / market purchases
Items bought in person at markets or pop-up events are final sale, unless the item is faulty or the wrong product was provided.
